Use this form if you:
Are a new student and missed the deadline for Admissions processing
Are returning to UNSW after exchange studies, or
Didn't apply for credit transfer when you first applied to study at UNSW, and wish to now
Include with your form:
An official transcript and
Course descriptions of studies undertaken at another institution. (See聽more information on course description requirements)
Failure to provide all information and documentation will delay the assessment of your application. Please be aware that if you provide falsified documents in support of your application, then this will result in one of a range of penalties, from failure in the course to suspension or exclusion.聽 In some cases, the matter could also be reported to ICAC.聽As a student, you must be aware of your obligations and responsibilities under the Student Code.
